Our ObjectivesWe intend to provide a friendly but professional service to both the individual and corporate clients.The quality of the advice is paramount, hence we have a number of internal controls as well as ensuring that all partners have a professional qualification and are ethically minded. For individuals we feel our service is best described as high quality holistic financial advice across all facets of your changing financial affairs. We are also well aware that a large number of companies concentrate on new business and as a result, provide either no service or an extremely poor service to their existing clients. We feel our clients deserve a good ongoing service and, of course, personal situations and objectives do change over time. We therefore offer all our clients an annual review and if need be, we can review more frequently. We also intend to develop technology to enhance ongoing client relations. Many of our clients are regularly contacting us by e-mail. Development of this website is another good example of the use of technology in order to provide a better service by way of access to additional information, but also existing information which is available at speed. However, we feel it is important that technology does not replace face-to-face meetings. |
